[2026]
Call For Paper

For the first time, we have the honor of hosting PgDay Mexico, and we are excited to hear about the ideas, experiences, and innovations surrounding PostgreSQL. For this reason, we are opening our Call for Papers from June 5th to August 1st, 2026. During this period, we will be accepting proposals for inclusion in the conference program. Submissions may be presented in either Spanish or English.

Each session will have a duration of 45 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. We also have limited space available for shorter talks of 20 minutes. If you are interested in presenting a shorter session, please indicate this explicitly in your proposal.

We welcome an international audience; therefore, presentations and all supporting materials must be prepared in either English or Spanish. Please note that all sessions will be recorded for informational and educational purposes.

Submit your proposal through the form available at the following link: https://sessionize.com/pgday-mexico-2026

Speakers will receive complimentary access to the conference. However, they must complete the corresponding registration process through the official event website. Detailed instructions regarding this process will be provided by the organizing team via email once a proposal has been accepted.

As a general policy, we do not cover travel or accommodation expenses for speakers. All travel, lodging, and related costs are the responsibility of each presenter, and proposals should be submitted with this understanding.

Suggested Topics

Talks can cover any topic related to PostgreSQL Some suggested topics include:

Notes

If you propose a talk related to specific commercial products, it must focus on technical features rather than promotional or purely sales-driven content. Proposals that do not meet this criterion will be discarded during the selection process.

Any proposal on a topic different from the suggested ones is welcome, as long as it is related to PostgreSQL.
